I just want to mention here that I am VERY pleased with customer service at Polurnet.

I had a login issue with a script that no one could solve and spent 4 days trying to get it to work. I contacted Polurnet when I was at the end of my rope and they fixed it in 5 minutes.

If you are having difficulties or trouble getting response from your present host - I will definitely recommend Polurnet.com
