SerevrPoint.com writes that they provide 2 hour (or less) hardware replacement. Can anybody explain it ot me? What does it mean?

I think they can explain it better than any one else. he is very active in the forum. I hope he will come up with an explanation.

By the way, this is for dedicated server. right? In that case, they may be mentioning about replacing harddisk, RAM etc.

I think ServerPoint.com means that they guarantee 2 hours of repair of defect hardware.
What do they guarantee else?

What's the minimum and maximum hardware replacement time for other web hosting companies? Does guarantee of any sort exist here?
Do these 2 hour time single out serverpoint.com friom the rest of other dedicated hosting providers?

It all depends. *correct me if I'm wrong serverpoint* But I belive ServerPoint co los his servers in a datacenter as most datacenters (particulary BURST) wouldn't have a 2 hour guarantee because they are so slow . That or he has a very good SLA in place.

I believe, yes.
I don't think that there are many dedicated hosting providers that guarantee that feature. ServerPoint.com does it and it's one more plus for them.

What do you mean by different levels? From their website, it seems that they provide emergency phone support, live chat and ticket system.
The best option for more details will be to contact them.
