questions about free forum hosting services
Looking for opinions/reviews from those who have used such services.
If you want to move away to your own hosting later on, do they let you backup and take the database with you?
I've even come across a few that state "no ads", so the question here is, what's in it for them?
Thanks in advance.

May be freewht.com will be a good place to discuss about free hosting. It is a forum dedicated to just free hosting.

ive started and still with freepowerboards.com they started with no ads, now they have ads left, right and top and even popups
they provide a backup of database but totally useless as it needs a control panel that they have coded
