HEy is it possiable to host a game server on just a webhosting account like a regular account ?
Like install a game and then open it and setup the server ?

unless u have installation rights (root access) on the server then no

if you do then yes

but saying a regular account then id imagine you cant

If you are looking for a stable one, then the answer is no. Look for a dedicated game server...

You could try to use what they call a VPS - virtual private server. There you get root, but I think that you`re limited to a small %age of CPU and RAM - 5 to10% or so, depends on the provider- and the game will have trouble running.
