WestNic.net's so called "support".

So, I have a reseller account at WestNic.net (I also have a semi-dedicated server there, but this issue is with the reseller account), which I've recommended here in the past. They moved my account to a new and better server, "cool" I think. Granted, I wasn't happy that I got a call at 11pm, waking my family of 5, to tell me this, but I let it slide (not sure why they thought that was okay, they are in New York and I'm one state over, obviously the same time zone).

I change the IP address of my domain host and I start looking for my sites, just making sure everything's as it should be.

It turns out that a subdomain I had (which had a new link directory) was not moved to the new server. So, I open up a support ticket.

The response I get from Mike is one line:
"I checked both servers and didn't find directory.infuseo.com."

So I write back telling him that I'm not making it up, and I have a screenshot of the subdomain in CPanel on the old server, yet it isn't on the new one. Mike replies again:
"I don't follow, sorry.
Your server id is M4, I have no idea what are you doing on mars server.

Please do not edit anything there, simply backup all data and transfer dns.
Thanks"

And get this, he closes my ticket!!!!!! Not only doesn't he look at the old server, but he closes the ticket with no resolution whatsoever!

So, I open a new ticket, obviously pissed now that they closed my ticket prematurely. I attach the screenshot from the old server, and state I'm not happy at all (who would be).

Let's see what happens! I would warn people looking at WestNic.net for hosting to be weary right now. I'm not sure why they think they can just close a ticket, and why they can't see a subdomain that I clearly can.

Westnic is BADDDDD, Beware of these guys

My hosting subcription was cancelled without any explaination. They did also avoid to refund me the payment for that month and did not answer any of my emails. Their support was terrible, you would wait forever to have a reply.
