bquast will become famous soon enough

Not to terribly sure but I imagine if something is advertised on namepros that should make it a half decent hosting choice.

PolurNet is an absolutely great company. Anand from NamePros is the president, and an incredibly friendly person. You shouldn't have any problems with them

Never used them myself, however a great web host example is Clook.net - if you need a response before you ask the question, thats clook VERY good hosting.

Im not too keen on webhosts that smother sites in there banners, its a good way to get customers, however i just dont like the methods used...from what i've heard PolarNET are very good and professional with clients though.

No way. I'm using them and it's too much of a hassle. THey don't have a autopay system and they've suspended my account one day after notifying me my account was due for suspension in two weeks. Once I realized this I paid and still haven't had my account reactivated. 24/7 support is BS, they only answer in the middle of the night.

I love polarnets Paypal option. It's especially great if you want to pay as you go. If you stop caring about a site just let it lapse and you don't have to go cancel, ect.

????: NamePros.com http://www.namepros.com/web-hosting-discussion/222318-polurnet.html

You appear out of nowhere on this forum and make all of these claims.
Perhaps you could also provide us all with the URL of the site you have hosted with them to make your comments somewhat believable.

First thing... What? Auto payment system is a hassel? You select CC you go to 2CO and pay.. You select Paypal you go to Paypal and pay. We don't have auto account setup because of fraud.

Second.. Support is 24/7.. We get alot of tickets and it can be a task to answer your ticket within an hour. But we do try out best. If you can provide me with some evidence about how your ticket was only answered in the middle of the night and what is up I will try and help you solve this issue.
????: NamePros.com http://www.namepros.com/showthread.php?t=222318

Also please do provide evidence before you trash a company. I believe you where also the one who posted trash about us in WHJ and you didn't even have an account with us. I am not saying you are.. But you sound fimilar.

I use also polurnet for a year now I guess with 3 resellers accounts and 1 dedicated server.... polurnet people a great, but I hope your live support also be available 24/7 as you mentioned your support team is 24/7 so that serious problem can be address faster.

Over all polurnet is one of the best hosting I ever use.

Thanks Ed! Yes, availability of Live Support around the clock is something we are currently working on as quickly as possible, but it is already available during normal business hours and even on weekends or holidays. However, since the nature of live support requires different set of skills from the helpdesk and regular support systems, training an appropriate number of in-house live support staff is our top priority.
