I had there host for 1 year. Worst service ever, my site was ALWAYS down, and I had to always use live help, they come with no cpanel, not worth it at all. You canf idn the same deal with cpanel, and better uptime then globat. Personally. STAY AWAY FROM GLOBAT!

Did they explain what the issue was? If it has happened a lot while you were with them, I'd suggest ya move to another host.

Do a search around here and over at http://www.webhostingtalk.com/

I've heard nothing but horror stories about them, personally. If you're calling them and asking them what's going on and the best response you can get is "the server's down" then it's time to find a new host. Even more so if you cannot get a hold of anyone using the contact methods they have provided.

I've also heard very negative things about them.

I'd recommend PolurNet, www.polurnet.com.
