.web domains

Anyone registered a .web domain yet? http://www.webtld.com/

I think that is a cool extension and if it ever gets going will be a popular one.

Ryders is an unknown quantity at this point

I think it's cool.. but... $35 per year... is a little expensive... and inet infrastructure doesn't support all this at this time.. wich sux in my point of view...!! but I'd surely take few .web adresses!

If you already have an existing site, with no control over your own DNS (for example, a home site at AOL or GeoCities), we can offer redirection services, as well as the service of our DNS for an additional $20 per year. This will direct all web requests for your .web domain to your current site. Registration fees are $55 per year
tssssssss... this IS expensive... isn't it..!!!

Yea it is expensive. I think I'll wait on .web names until they're fully supported or close to it anyways.
