Slow Load Time

Not necessarily. First, ping your domain to see where the drag is occuring. It may be at a location between you and the host. Go to START-->RUN and type ping yourdomain.com

That doesn't mean it's your host. It could be a bottleneck in communication at a location between you and your host. Did you try the ping?

Okay, I did a little investigating... you are correct that the server you're on is the problem. IP 205.209.180.150 is giving very slow readings. If this is a continuous problem, change hosts for sure.
