New Layout?

I have been thinking about a new layout for http://www.reliablehosters.com/ something more modern looking but still something simple. This site is a pagerank 5 currently. I have never offered web design before but I was thinking that if someone want's to redesign it and add a design page to it then all emails received regarding design would be forwarded to whoever redesigns it as long as the design is in use. So this could be a payed job or a partnership in a way, add a design page and any orders received would be forwarded to you by me. Either way cash job or partnership if interested private message me with some samples of stuff you have done and I will review all applicants and pick one to go ahead with it.

just to clarify I am only looking for portfolio links posted in thread or by p.m. if you wish to send more info such as price range or if you wish to take the partnership deal then you can p.m. that info also. I will look over everything over the next few days and contact the designer I feel is offering the best work at which time I will edit this thread to say designer found. Thanks

I have received 2 offers for a free design providing I link back to their portfolios and 1 offer for a pair of domains listed below in my signature link domains for sale, so this is at a demo stage where they will be submitting rough drafts and I will pick from there. Should one of the free or partnership layouts not work out then I will contact someone for a paid job. Thanks
