   | $200 LOGO CONTEST - MVP Fitness I am in need of a professional looking logo for an upcoming business. The domain is MVPFitness.com and will be an athletic training facility, primarily geared towards youth fitness, but with some general personal training mixed in as we have the time and openings. I intend to do a lot of community work with kids via sports camps and eventually target high school teams and parents who want their kids to excel in their chosen sports. It is possible this will become a non-profit as a majority of our time will be spent helping underprivileged kids in the Phoenix area. I am not looking for cartoonish logos. I would prefer something more athletic looking, but probably not incorporating sports equipment (balls, hoops, etc.) into the logo. I still want to encourage non-athlete types to seek me out for personal training. I would like the logo to embody things like speed, agility, quickness, hard work - if that is possible. I am looking for something unique and brandable - dare I say even "funky". This logo will be used immediately for T-shirts and web use, as well as letterhead, business cards, etc. I want the letters MVP to stand out more, as I will refer to the "MVP" Camps and the "MVP" kids programs, etc in my literature, and not necessarily be saying the "MVPFitness camps". But the logo should still incorporate both MVP and Fitness - unless you have a better concept without it. I would probably not have the ".com" in the logo, although you may add in if you think it helps the overall logo. There are no requested color schemes at this time. I am also not limiting the number of colors, although we may try to reduce printing costs down the road during the logo refining process. I will have exclusive rights to the winning logo(s). I will need the logo in GIF format in varying sizes, as well as vector (preferably .ai). *I am told I should also have the PSD, TIFF or PNG, transparent full color original file for use on different backgrounds.* ????: NamePros.com http://www.namepros.com/web-development-wanted/95684-200-logo-contest-mvp-fitness.html *As for the last format requirements, I will be honest. I haven't a clue what I will need or what any of the above even are. I am only going by what I have been told I should get from any legitimate logo designer. I am very new to this, so if you think I should have something else, or that a format is not necessary, let me know and we will discuss it. I hope that was vague enough to encourage a variety of entries, but detailed enough that you know what I am looking for. ----------------------------- CONTEST DETAILS I am hoping for a large variety of entries. You may enter as many logo ideas as you can produce in the time allowed. I will provide comments throughout the contest. The deadline for initial entries is Friday, June 10, at 5PM (EST). At that point, I will choose my favorite 3 entries. Each of the top three winners will get $25. I will then work with those winning entries (changing colors, fonts, sizes, etc.) in hope of getting finalized logos submitted by Monday, June 13th, at 5PM (EST). I will then choose an overall logo and winner at that time. The winner will receive $150, which includes the $25 they won for being a finalist. A total of $200 will be spent on this contest. Payment will be sent via paypal. Alternate payment methods can be discussed. Thank you for your entries. The hard work is appreciated. | Some good entries so far. I know you guys want feedback, but I hope you'll understand that I want to see where this goes before I comment. After a couple days, I will comment on each entry and direct your efforts more. I have an idea in mind, but I don't want to pigeonhole everyone in that direction yet. Thanks and keep them coming. |

| you were critisising on the other board also you think you are going to win everything because you steal other peoples work, so judt leave it there and stop been such a "big head" your not a good designer thats why you steal peoples work and also does sammys look cartoony or niek, i dont think you know what you are talking about!! Anthony its probarbly one he didnt win so he must think it was fake!
