|  Orange County CA Web/Graphic Designers needed
Hi! I'm currently gathering a pool of web designers for several projects that will be coming my way soon. You will work as a contractor for each project you take on.
The requirements for designers are as follows:
1.) Must submit samples of work. I will be looking for variety of style and loading speed.
2.) Must be able to duplicate what is needed. The sites will be custom and you may also need to follow specific coding specifications.
3.) Must be able to receive criticism and let go of "creative" think.
4.) Must live in greater Orange County area. If I need to arrange a meeting I don't want to drive to LA.
5.) Must have own software/hardware and knowledge of their uses.
6.) If you have a speciality, tell me what it is.
7.) Absolutely must, must, must be quick on jobs, and verify sites performance in all latest browsers AND use spell check. (I loathe sites with typos and mis-spellings)
8.) Must be productive; no slackers please. The idea is to ramp things up. I want to help people who want to get ahead, times are tough so extra money helps a lot!!!

You will have to file taxes on money made, there is no "under the table pay" and no benefits. You take work as you want it.
This should not be considered as a "Day Job" only as a job to make some extra money. The situation is this:
I am doing work for a friend and will be getting a lot of work; more than I can do alone. There is a possibility of getting picked up by another company as well. My role with you will be as Project Manager. I submit the work and tell you what changes need to be made. Payment is received after client is done with changes. Pay amount is 20% of the design job, most of which are $1000 to $2000 jobs so that means $200-$400 or more per site. Design layout is all required, content is added by someone else. Design layout and graphic work will be your duties. Most sites will be straight HTML only, java script is not required.
