I need a store developed + forum skin

I'm looking for someone who can develop a store for me. I'm probably going to integrate it with Amazon, so an Amazon script would be okay as long as you can customize and make it look good. It's going to be for games of a specific game console.

A few specifications are that the pages be static. And I want the urls to have the product name, for the SE.


Okay, the other thing is a forum skin. I'm not sure if I want to go with vb or phpbb. Probably just phpbb, but feel free to try to talk me into vb. I want it to be customized for me. I really want to get this done ASAP. This is more important to me than the store right now.
