500NP$ + $5 Logo Contest

Hey Everybody,

I need a logo to a new ascii art website. The prize will be 500NP$ + 5$ (paypal).

The text of the logo should be "Ascii.ws - Ascii Art" ; The ascii.ws should be bigger, and the "Ascii Art" as the slogan.
The concept i had in mind is of some kind of cartooned character near the text. Maybe an artist dude / creature etc'.. But of course any other concepts are welcome as well...

In the site the logo will be up to 80px high and up to let's say 260px wide.
The main colors that should be used in the logo (to fit the rest of the site) are: #FF8F00 (orange) and #50FE4F (kind of a light green). black and white too.. of course you can use other colors i.e in the artist dude cartoon.

Well, i think it's a pretty detailed description

Feel free to get wild tho..

I'll end it probably sometimes this friday..

Hmm.. not realy what i meant.
It shouldn't look simple clean logo, but more cartoon-like pic.
The Ascii.ws text should be bolder (with "funny" look), big and colorful (the green-orange ones), and the cartooned charachter near it...

'Fraid I'll have to agree with paaaaaaaaaa. A lot of effort is put into cartoons, and I'd say a solid cash price of around $30 - $50 would be more suitable!

Can you try change where it's purple to this green: #50FE4F
and maybe try a version that around the text it'll be Stroke instead of Outer Glow.. or maybe outer glow less spread.
Very important issue - did you draw this cute creature ? or it's from the net (copyrighted and i can't use it) ?
