Thumbs up PAYING JOB!!! $500-750+bonus - Need a (flash?) web-interface designed/programmed

Please let me know if I am asking too much for my budget. I was considering going to eLance or Rent-A-Coder, but I thought I would give someone here a shot first (since I love NP forums).

I am opening a business online this summer. This is a product idea I have had for over 5 years and I'm finally pursuing it. I have several investors and I need something sharp and refined for use on a fun site for teens and young adults. Visit these links first then read on...

http://www.zefrank.com/flowers

http://www.zefrank.com/gallery/dtoy_gal

Basically, I need a slick interactive toy VERY similar to the first link. It will not create flowers, although it will be used to create something very similar. I also need the result to be scalable on the toy's "paper" and printable so that the printout represents the colors on screen fairly accurately.

I will also need a gallery where everyone can post their creations for others to see. That's what the second link is a representation of. I want the archiving page to show little thumbnails to choose for viewing in the bigger frame. Their art will be archived so that it can be worked on or printed later, if they have to leave in the middle of their creation. Then they can archive it to the website so others can see it.

I realize that ZeFrank has copyrights on his work. My toy will not be for making flowers or gardens and it will graphically look different as well. This is just the closest thing I've found to demonstrate my needs. I am a graphic designer so I will help create any graphics, if assistance with that is needed. I have a basic website design and one of my investors is an HTML coder who will be putting it all together. I don't know what I will need "behind the scenes" so please excuse any ignorance I display and help me to learn.

I need to see representative examples of your work. Please post your links here for me to look at over the next few days. I will make contact with the person most suited for the job and keep everyone posted. PLEASE, no amateurish attempts. I need someone who knows they can achieve at least the level of expertise it took for ZeFrank to create this toy and archive tool. All work on this will become my property after money changes hands. I will probably need you later for any updates as well.

The bonus will be a full 1% share of my company which will be selling multiple products (my investors paid low $xxx for their 1% share). The toy is mainly to keep people coming back to the site. Thanks to everyone... I'm looking forward to seeing some stuff!

Question What do I do to get a response to my posts?

Do I need to develop a reputation around here or do something else to get people to respond to my posts?

Am I offering too little $ for this job or is there no one here that know how to do this. I don't get it??? I've seen people offer $5-25 for logos and they get 30-40 responses to their post! Advice (please) on how I should get someone to take this job?

As you have stated in your first posts, maybe it would be better if you just tried eLance or Rent-A-Coder?
