Auction Website Needed To Be Built

Something like ebay, with all the features like bold, highlighted, gallery, featured plus, etc. And that professional look. I can do the graphics, but I need someone to code it etc.

Also I need it to be easy to use if possible, with maybe a page where I can edit listing fees, and all other costs easily, without any coding knowledge. I am willing to pay, but don't know how much, so get back to me by posting below, or pming me, thanks.
