(Adult) Game Site Design

Anybody here who can make me something like http://www.funnygames.nl for a reasonable price? This means the same setup (game list, mouse-over effect etc), including admin, options on the game sites (rating, send to a friend) etc.

The design aint that important, it should be an "adult style" template cause of the naughty games I will be running from there (preferable "hentai style").

Enough, the best offer get's the assignment. I'm not looking for a $10 design with admin, search function and the whole circus. I'm willing to spend money on a good project, just make me an offer.
