   | Professional Logo Design Needed – Paying Job $$$$$ What We Need We are looking for an experienced designer to create a custom logo for our company, Front End Audio. This logo will be used on our website and on company media such as business cards, letterhead, promotional materials, etc. Therefore, the logo needs to be a scalable file (vector?) for use on several sources. We are currently in the process of redesigning our website which this logo will be incorporated into. The website colors are in the blue/grey family with the header background (where the logo will be placed) in blue. We would like the logo to focus around the name of the company, Front End Audio. Attached is the current logo we are using and as you can see it is dull and needs help! Who We Are We are a pro audio company who sells audio equipment to the recording and broadcast market. Our main customers are recording studios and home recording enthusiasts, therefore, the logo and any imagery used must be representative of our industry. We sell items such as microphones, cables, equalizers, preamps, stands, mixers, studio monitors, recording software, etc. What We Are Not We are not a car or home audio store and we do not sell musical instruments so please don’t design the logo with that in mind. The majority of the logo we have looked at so far has had these misrepresentative characteristics about them. Also, unless you can do something different than the others, do not turn the last “o” in audio into a speaker. As a matter of fact just don’t use a speaker in the logo at all as it reminds us of car audio. How To Submit Design We are very busy and unfortunately do not have the time to check back to this site often so please submit all designs to shane@frontendaudio.com to be guaranteed consideration. Any and all questions can be sent to the same email address. We do not have instant messaging so email is the only method of communication. Once a design is submitted we will give you feedback on the design. I would suggest submitting several rough concepts which will give us the opportunity to pick and choose from what we like and don’t like. Expect and be willing to make revisions until the design meets our needs. We need this logo ASAP! |

| I'm the current web designer building the new site that Shane is talking about. Although the examples you guys gave are great, let me help you choose what proper shade of blue the background is. You can see a sample of the frong page of the new site here so that you can make a better judgement of how you want to make your sample logos.

| I just made a cool looking mic that can probably be used. Its attached. It is all vector, and can be reseized easily. Making a banner out of it should be easy. But first, how do you like the mic? Mic re-uploaded. e39m5

| Hello, We have received an overwhelming amount email from this forum, thanks! We have been collecting all the logos submitted and my partner and myself will sit down and choose the final design in the next couple of weeks. If you would still like to be considered for the design please have your concepts to us ASAP.
