Graphics/Design Person Needed for Print/Web Project

I am offering a full year of RESELLER web hosting (2GB/50GB monthly) on my ServInt account and numerous website advertising (banners) opportunities in exchange for the following:

I need 3 separate tri-fold brochures designed. (ill provide the text content), this will be a total of 18 panels all together. All 3 brochures will be completely different in design. May include forms, tables, screenshots, images, etc.

Coordinating business card template (2 sided) which must use printer's specs.

I need 2 small design icons which will go on all of our sites and client sites.

May need one new logo or header for main site. This will depend on if you want to use what is already live or not.

I need professionally designed cover art which will be used for our sales manuals and other various promo pieces. Cover art must be print ready and web ready.

Clip art is not acceptable. Over all look will be corporate.

There are two separate themes, one for my company and one for the partner company.

Right now, there is no set logo or branding model for either.

Your account will include cpanel/whm/fantastico.

There is no cash compensation for this project but there MAY be future opportunities with my company or my partner company for financial compensation, advertising opportunities or other forms of promotion for you.

I am in no way promising or guaranteeing any future projects.

Please have a current online portfolio or some proof of your recent relevent work or be able to provide some mock ups.

I'll be expecting a signed confidentiality agreement and some other basic documents to be faxed, emailed or mailed to me prior to the start of the project.

Prefer communications VIA email or AIM (I don't use yahoo or MSN). No PMs please.

Project needs to be completed ASAP. My deadline was April 1st, but I have missed it.
