HIGH-TRAFFIC DOMAIN. Considering budget up to $200, more if convinced it is worth it, less if convinced you can do the job for less. Need 1st class work.
Already have vBulletin 3.07 installed, already have AdWords account.
Skin to have attributes (color scheme, top-level nav) of Scouts.com. By top-level, I like the way the navigation is done here at ausvisage, with the typical vB forum links on one line and folders for the rest of the site on another line. CSS is, I believe, appropriate.
Other than that, the Skin to have the functionality of
http://www.NamePros.com (uShop, integrated Google AdWords, top/main banner ad). Also want right hand column for three to five 125x125 pixel banners - or a skyscraper.
I have a dozen employees including PHP coders - just too much paying work in house for us to fit in my personal projects right now.
Sorry, no "design by xxx" allowed on the site. You may list in your portfolio, however.

Completion time of three weeks or less. Less is preferable.
