$150 CONTEST - Logo and Identity Package needed

I am co-owner a real estate development company in
Chicago and need to develope an online presence. I
first want to start with getting a high quality logo
and identity package because our image is very
important.

Instead of contacting web design firms directly, I
figured I would hold a contest here at WHT where I
know many talented designers hang out.

This is what we need:

- custom LOGO that is unique. We dont want anything
too flashy but a nice contemporary design the
incorporates a real estate theme would work great.

- we also will need to use this logo on our business
card, letterhead and envelope, so the designer we
choose needs to be able to do a complete identity
package for us that we will be able to replicate on
our own at a print shop.

Our company name is Beacon Street Properties, LLC.

The winner of this contest will receive $150 via
paypal.

The contest ends March 24th (this Thursday).

When presenting your logo and identity package, please

We will send back comments if we feel there is potential.

Looks to me like someone is trying to get a third party to unwittingly enter the competition, win the prize, and then claim the work as their own and make $75 out of the deal.

You should really just hold the contest here instead of via email.

How do we know this contest is legit even now?

Yeah .. I have no idea how his time could be before mine. Very odd.

I just saw that either he or the mods edited his post as a 'double post'.
