Im looking for a portal search engine with light blue as color, it needs to have 'blocks' in which infomation may go.

I will pay: $60

Few questions.

Do you have a logo you'd want included in the design or would the designer have to come up with that as well?

Are you looking for just a design, or would you like it coded as well?

And if you would like it coded as well, would you want it to be an all CSS design with no tables?

Sorry, no logo

Not needed to be CSS.
It would need to be sliced (If photoshop)
