I am in the process of starting a used boat sales company. I would like a functional 1 column Wordpress theme along with a custom header and or logo made. The theme does not need to be made from skratch but I would like it to be modified enough that everything blends nicely.

I am open to you simply making/modifying an existing theme to my needs and I have somebody else make a header.

Would need functionality for two language, a small dropdown box to change languages and a plugin for a product showcase (pretty much like a ecommerce site but they do not buy. They would be able to fill in a form saying they are interested or go to a contact us page.

No data/text needs to be entered. I would do that myself.
