Need someone to alter a website for me...

Hello All

I have recently had a website done, but the guy who was developing it is not making the appropriate changes required. I have clearly expressed step by step the changes required but he still after numerous occassions is ignoring the brief and doing his own thing.

Just looking for someone who will make the exact changes for a small fee.
