I'm looking for someone who can create a micro-niche site with the following criteria:

Wordpress based site

Research and write articles with high cpc, low competition keywords based on a topic I will provide or on a keyword you provide that has a domain available

Articles must be unique and pass Copyscape. Articles should also be written by a native English speaker and should not need extensive rewrites

6+ articles with images (images need to be legally able to be used. No copyrighted pictures unless consent is given)

Article, image, and full site SEO

A contact and privacy policy page

All articles should be in more broad categories with the categories listed on the top of the website in a horizontal header. The categories should be neatly listed using appropriate text and images as needed. The contact page should also be listed in the header. The right sidebar should contain as follows: On the homepage, a list of the 10 most recent post titles with a list of the categories underneath the complete post title list. On each category page, a list of the 10 most recent post titles that are within that category.

Adsense optimized with appropriate ad placement that is within Adsense TOS

Amazon affiliate links if appropriate

A unique, appropriate banner image at the top

Although not a dealbreaker, each keyword article should have 100 backlinks (or more).

Premium plug-ins and themes used as needed to optimize both appearance and CTR

All content will be done on my host. I will install wordpress and send you the login information. The purpose of these sites is two-fold: 1-to make revenue though ads, and 2-to have an attractive site I can easily add articles to in the future and further develop beyond a micro niche site should I so desire.

If you would like to be considered for this, please send me an example of your previous work, what you will be providing, and a cost. If all works well, there could be more site development opportunities in the future. Ideas deviating from what I listed above are welcome if you think it will benefit the site. Thanks!
