How to fill my site with content

I am launching a site soon, but need to get the ball rolling by having profiles made throughout the site. Is there such thing as "content fillers"? Someone I can pay to go in and load up my site with content? Can someone help me out with this and steer me in the right direction, I'd appreciate it.

Just hire SEO or content writing agency and ask them for your website content, try to share fresh and unique content with user-friendly quality.
