I am in need of a unique template for a Remodeling Business in the Illinois area. The product I want from you ideally would be a template ready for me to type in the content I want. I am familiar with dreamweaver. but not so much photoshop. I can do general updates such as adding photographs to a gallery, changing links, adding text content, contact scripts, editing "blank" buttons with provided fonts, and so on. mostly basics I suppose.

For now I am looking for you to send me a PM with a portfolio related to business websites, preferably ones to do with construction/remodeling/decorating. Any ideas or rough layouts/sketches you may have that you feel would fit well. Your price and what type of benefits are included with that price. any other pricing details.

I do not need a domain or web hosting, I will take care of everything beyond the template. I may want some edits done in the future, please provide a price on that or any details regarding future changes. (if needed)
