and Killaklown, i dont think this is the wrong place, the description of the forum says "Offers and bid requests for websites, templates, custom programming, logos or graphics."

This is the right place.. the other forums are for Domains Fixed Price/Offers, Domains Auction and Developed Sites for Sale. I guess killerklown is misstaking that forum for been were to put this but this is not a developed site..
