I own a site with a pretty decent amount of visitors. The alexa rank is around 8,500 at the moment. Around 600,000 monthly views, mostly from the U.S. The content can be described as webmaster resources/tools.

I'm having some trouble with the backend, a bunch of it should be recoded in order to work properly for this massive traffic. The site is currently going on/off as the database is overloading with queries.

The site runs on wordpress. One of the main problems is the fancy permalinks - they fetch info from the mysql DB and overload the system. The link system should be redone without losing google indexes.

I dont have the time or skills to keep up with this myself so I'd be looking for a partner on the project. This partner will be the administrator of the site, first making it run well and then keeping it running well. In exchange, earn a percentage of all revenue made on the site.

I haven't monetized the site before as I recently acquired it, but with around 20k views/day (mostly U.S. traffic) it will generate some income for sure.

I'm looking for an expert in wordpress, mysql, php and he/she should know his/her way around monetizing a site.
