Thumbs up Developer for long term work

Looking to develop sites on domains i have sitting around so i can sell them for a higher profit.

Basically I want to give a description and rough template then let you go to work.

I want a low price per website
web 2.0 to attract buyers is a must.

Will be mostly hosted through godaddy but that can change.

depends on the domain as to how big it is, but mostly just getting them looking nice enough to sell so nothing major.
