Greetings fellow Npers,

I recently bought this design from someone over at WHT to use at xylenhost.com but decided against it since I'm looking for a different kind of design.

The design was made by webprosys(www.webprosys.com) but I didn't buy it from them, I bought it from one of their clients, who bought it for around $1500US. I bought a copy of the design and the client will sell to about 4-5 more people, maximum.

It comes with:

- 35 coded HTML pages
- FLA files for the header and nav
- All images including the 3d servers
- PSD Files

Again, the site comes with 35 coded HTML pages and has a flash header and flash-based navigation with dropdowns as well.

I'll sell it to the person who has the best offer. I won't go any lower than $190US.. Now that's a steal.

Can I,
i. Resell/customise the site to any of my clients
ii. Remove the "site design by :: webprosys" reference
iii. Check the functionality of the site ie support system, order system etc before I buy the website

Unfortunately this doesn't come with reseller rights. The person who sold it to me didn't state any rules for the "Site design by webprosys" link so I guess it's fine, and the website comes coded but the order/support scripts must be bought and integrated by you, this is just the coded design.
