Need Iphone and Andorid App Developer

I have too many projects to keep up with lately. I need to take on someone that can handle a project themselves.

1. Must have actual Apps in the Apple and Android store or somewhere for me to see.

2. Must be available by chat, Skype, or phone at least twice weekly.

3. Affordable freelancers only, no companies.

4. Will need to esign NDA's for some clients.

I am an ASP.NET web developer with 3 months experience but seeing to future i want to switch in android and iPhone application..but have no way to start it how??
