Website customization needed

Hello,

I'm launching my website, http://www.makemoneyonlinedirectory.com, next week and I need some graphic customization. All the information is always on my website. I'm looking for a flash header with a globe graphic like the one on this template http://www.templatemonster.com/websi...ates/7706.html . I'm looking for the buttons to be like the one on this template http://www.templatemonster.com/websi...ates/7707.html .

I would prefer a blue colored theme. The rest of the website should follow the flash header theme.

If this project is successful, I have three more jobs lined up plus more coming in the future. I'm looking to spend $60-$120. Maybe more depending on the quality of the work. E-mail me anytime with any questions you have. Thanks a lot.
