Website template needed!

Hi everyone,

Can anyone do me 2 website templates?

I want something very similar to: http://www.templatemonster.com/websi...ates/6909.html

and: http://www.templatehelp.com/aff/prev...es.html&i=7506

I want the templates to be for a software download site for SelectDownloads.com. Similar to Download.com by Cnet.

I need 2 pages doing. A home page, like the ones above and also a results page. For searched results from the site.

I need the price considerably less than $55, otherwise I might as well just get them from the above sites.

Well.... whats the point in me paying more than the templatemonster design when I love it. I dont love it enough to shed $55 for it though.
