web design and forum to fit in with design

Hi, i was wondering how much it would cost for a website design for ukhardhouse.info and for the forums to be pretty much identical to the other pages where the boards just go where the text would be (does that make sense?)

anyway basically i want a similar colour scheme but a bit more funky and perhapse more 3d with graphics etc

so how much would something like this cost?
Or if you can only do the phpbb or the design, then please quote just for the 1 you can do,

well i can do the website layout but i cannot do forum skins, i will do it for $10-$15 usd, that includes the finished psd (sliced) and i will code it, do css, and all that other stuf.
