We are in need of a designer who would be willing to design our company a professional web site including simple scripts such as web hosting request forms and support request in which a user would simply supply the form information, and once complete the information completed with in the form is sent to our company email, the scripts must be placed with in the template. You are also responsible for uploading all pages. We are NOT requesting Flash or Advanced Graphic Design!!

We would like to have a web site template created in professional relations to InvisionPower.com or InvisionBoard.com as we are looking to go towards the same design of the websites above.
