- not coded, but will be if requested by buyer; the price will obviously be higher (negotiable)
- includes 1 .psd file
- good for a gaming site (image in very top banner can be altered to suit your needs)
- any other minor customizations needed (e.g., changing colour of layout, adding images/small features, etc)
- full rights (e.g., reselling the layout)

Pricing:

- starting bid: $20 USD (increments of $5 USD or more please) -- note that this price is for the .psd file only, not including coding
- the highest bidder will receive the layout, coded or uncoded (depending on the individual's choice), but if I'm not satisfied with the particular bid, I do not have to hand over the design
