Greetings!

Some of you may wonder why we have a prepayment arrangement. Here are some concerns:

1. Prepayment allows us to save on transaction charges. The standard arrangement for any design request is usually 50% downpayment and 50% upon completion. Considering that this is already a promo, it is but appropriate that we have to save on the charges we incur.

2. Some clients want that we watermark our design and show it to them and when they are satisfied, they will pay. Inasmuch as this is really beneficial on the clients' side and also assure them that they pay for the design they really like, it is somehow unfair on our end. We want to get the commitment from the client, hence, we want a prepayment. The least that we can arrange for is 50% downpayment and 50% upon completion should the client does not trust that we can deliver. After all, we offer 30-day full-refund guarantee. No questions asked.

3. We have proven, through some of our clients's testimonials and examples that we can deliver designs we promise to do. That is our assurance. In the unlikely event that we don't satisfy your request, you are always welcome to request for your refund.

How many revisions are included in this offer? I.e. if the first illustration we order is not 100% what was expected, how many times will you change or tweak it?

Also, once the illustration has been purchased, does the buyer own FULL copyrights to it?

Usually, we allow revisions as long as the client is not yet satisfied with the design. But, after the promo, we are thinking of limiting the number of revisions. We are still studying what is tolerable for us.

Our guarantee for 100% refund if not satisfied is always in place as of writing. Yes, the client has full rights to the illustration. We only have the right to showcase it on our website as part of our portfolio with the client permission.
We will deliver the source file either in .PSD or .AI depending on your request.

I would highly recommend CastleMelody for any custom graphic. What you get is a very original graphic for a very low price. The artists they use are very talented in my opinion. I bought two last during their last offer and now I'm going to buy some more. You can't get better than $45. I just wished they did templates, too.
