5. Flash Design - headers, images, movies, videos, interaction, the whole shebang.

6. Content Writers - writing, editing, changing article text, re-writing articles, blogging,

creating new content, re-writing old content. Written with SEO in mind. All content must pass

Ive had a lot of problems highering people from overseas who have difficulty understanding the specs

and getting the projects done on time, ive had serious communication issues with some people from

overseas, so communication is very important and being fluent in English is non-negotiable and

mandatory, also not over promising and making sure you give yourself ample time is very important

that you dont do this - in other words do not over promise and under deliver.

I'm looking to pay per job and I am not willing to work with someone who is requiring all upfront

payments, as I have in the past lost a lot of money paying people up front and then they disappear.

I wills state this again, since this seems to be overlooked: YOU MUST BE FLUENT IN ENGLISH - had a

lot of problems in the past with paying Indians advances and upfront money, and then they don't

complete the job, or disappear, so there will be no upfront payments. You get paid for the work you

do as long as it follows the specs clearly outlined in English. The job has to be completed, 95%

doesnt count.

could I ask you to please send a short and brief version of your resume, or your experience and some

examples of work you have done. I want my partner and I to evaluate your work, skills, and

abilities, can you also tell me in the post what abilities and skills you have? what your internet

work focus is, in other words what skills do you have that apply to the internet? or what are your
