It should be something like xclip.tv but different in design and all. It is for a .tv domain that i have and i will like to monetize it with affiliate links. *It should be able to scrape videos from existing major porn/adult sites like redtube, etc. Budget is low $xxx to high $xxx at most. Preferably mid $xxx. Please send in your previous work and asking price for this work.
