Banner Exchange Install Customize

Hi all -

I have a need to find someone that can install a banner exchange script (freeware or something very cheap) on 5 websites. I would like all 5 website to use one database though...meaning, when a user signs up and uses any one of the exchange websites, it pulls the info from the one main database. Is this a possiblility? Is this something that can easily be done?
please let me know if you can do it..I would like to pay for this in USD. Also, I will need to see an example (demo) of the script you are going to use to do this...and if you do not have a good one then I can probably provide one as I know fo a couple that are freeware scripts. The better (more features) the script ahs the better (obviously).
