NEEDED: Two Simple One-Page "For Sale" pages

Hi everyone,

I have what is probably a very unique problem..I know alot about domain names but I know absolutely *nothing* about web design,hosting,or anything having to do with a webpage.Nothing.I have never developed a domain I bought,I just resell and/or park them to make money.

Here is what I need:

I have two nice and extremely unique domains for sale:
円.tv Japanese Yen symbol--(¥ is the Latinised version not used as often in Japan)
(xn--w6q.tv)

and

₩.com Korean Currency Symbol, The Won
(xn--izg.com)

What I need is a simple yet professional,sleek,and stylish landing page for each of those two domains.The page should have a medium/large "picture" of the domain name,"For Sale" information,my contact information,and---this is the only slightly difficult part,but not really--- the information needs to be in both English and Japanese/Korean.I can write the English copy,but I would need it translated somehow.(not with Babelfish,it's very unreliable).Maybe something in golds or silvers,since we're dealing with currency symbols.

Here is how little I know about web pages...once the page is made for me,I would have no idea how to host it,manage it,or add to it (I would like to eventually put some Google Adsense links on them,but thats not important right now).I'm thinking,though I could be wrong,that for a tiny one-page "site" ,there must be a place where I can host this for free.I do not want to pay a monthly fee to keep a one-page site.

円.TV is the more important of the two because that symbol is recognized in search engines where the Won (and most other currency symbols) are not.I'd like the site to eventually find it's way high into the Google rankings for "円",if at all possible. (100,000,000+ results on Google right now)

As far as I can tell,the translation is the only real hurdle.Are there any Japanese speaking webdesigners reading this? Hopefully someone here can do the job.

What I can pay:
Unfortunately,not much.I can offer up to $20 + all of my NP's. Or I could offer a decent domain worth more than $20 as payment.I may be asking too much here for too little,I really have no idea.It seems to me a one-page landing page couldn't possibly cost that much though.I'm sure someone who's knows what they're doing could whip up something incredible in no time,especially with all the free templates out there.

If anyone is interested,Please post or PM me and let me know what you can do..and please bear with me and my total lack of knowledge about webhosting! Thanks.
