Move widget to new "Skin"

See the Widget right side e85prices(dot) com

I'd like that in this skin green Fuel | Royalty Free Stock Vector Art Illustration | iStockphoto.com

take out the leaves and size it to the web page

The Prices are mysql database driven pulled up via javascipt

The e85 Prices would go in the top of the Gas Tank (would be very cool if the numbers actually rotated like on a real gas pump!) would pay extra for that but it isn't necessary

The Gas Prices and Averages would go ..I don't know..guess the base of the Gas tank unless you have a better idea.

What would that take about an hour ? $20 ?
