Need WordPress autoupdating site

I've got a diet related domain name that I am looking to set up a auto-updating blog.

This site is the closest thing I can find to what I want:

HOW TO LOSE WEIGHT | WEIGHT LOSING TIPS | TIPS TO LOSE WEIGHT

I really like the layout of this site and would like to replicate.

I want the site to be able to self update with content a few times each day and I would also need an original header for the website.
