Sunengine.com New Layout NEEDED!

I need a new homepage layout for sunengine.com
The home page. As well as the "Featured sponsors" results. I need those results to have the same setting as google does but to resemble our colors which is blue and orange.

I would like it to look like www.kanoodle.com the nice buttons etc!!!!
I'm looking to spend $300 (but will pay $500 if work is excellent)

So post if you would be willing to redesign this for me!
(A profolio of your work/most recient work would be a advantage over another member)
