I will pay you a % of the revenue and sale of the site (if the website sells) less of a % if the domain only)

I keep control of the domain 100% non negotiable. (I feel i'm trust worty enough)

Everything must be custom (or custimized)

I'm not looking for some mini site developer here.

I will leave the plans of the website up to you, i will take care of the payments for articles/news/etc etc etc...)
