Simple e-book sales page

I'm looking for someone who can build a simple web page for me to sell an e-book. I already have a "sales letter" and know what I want to put on the one page website. I'm considering even making a possible message board.

The book will probably come offa bit controversial , which is good. I discuss lifestyle strategies as to how to become financially independent, why marriage and saving money for retirement is wrong, etc etc. I'd like to discuss this with a few people on here. I could either pay you to build the site or could give you a % of sales down the road, whichever you choose
