I am looking to develop two names that I believe have excellent potential. Firstly, I would like to state I am NOT looking for a here-today, gone-tomorrow webmaster/developer.

You must posess

- Good knowledge of php
- Preferably online alot
- Good communication skills
- A good attitude to getting everything 100% (thus avoiding major site problems later)
- Enthusiastic and mature!

I want to develop, firstly, www.teenparty.us. I am looking for a site, similar to some around at the moment, where you sign up, have a profile, a picture and a small rating system (this is not going to be promoted as a rating website however).

I want this to interoperate closely with www.teenforum.us, in which I want a slight customization to bring continuity between TeenParty and TeenForum.

I am also looking for a logo that is brandable and can be easily adapted for buttons, banners and other promotional images.

I simply cannot afford to pay by the hour for this job. But I do believe it is a big enough project to be able to pay for itself soon into its launch, and when it picks up I hope it to be a great community and earner.

Money will be made through the usual advertising, banners, buttons, link exchanges etc and also via a planned monthly or weekly newsletter, containing news for the site and a small ad section.

You will get a cut of the overall profit made from the site - the % is to be negotiated. I would also plan for you to stay on as webmaster for a while (hopefully long term) and continue to take a good % of all profits for your work.

OK site = OK profits = OK earnings for you

I look at the project as me being the owner, but you being the manager and developer. I will give my input as to what I am looking for overall, but from then on your creativity and ideas can shine on the final product.

Of course there is alot that needs discussing that I havent mentioned here.
