I own a web hosting business. We have been in business for a little more than four years as a private hosting service.

I am taking the company public in my area and I am looking for a web designer who would be willing to design the web site in exchange for a developer hosting account for 2 years ($643.76 value), plus a reseller discount on the hosting packages and the designer would be listed as a perferred partner on the web site.

I am open to other sugestions, even if I need to pay for the development.

The developer must be able to incorporate e-commerce, Doamin API and design together into a functional website.
