Ok well i am sort of new at this so excuse me for mistakes.

What your getting

You are getting a full layout coded with some basic PHP that i will gladly explain for those that need it
You will recieve the PSD files, or i can edit them for you
An Image maped header for the links in the top corner(which I can change for you)
All the Navigation images and content images will be provided and can be changed as need(I also have the PSD for the images on NAV and Content)
Support, I will help you if you have any problems(for up to like 2 weeks)
Again I can edit any part of the layout if needed just post what you would need.

Pricing
I would like to start the price at $40 dollars (increase by $4)
